DATED : 6th JANUARY, 2022 P.C:- I have perused the order passed by this Court on 23rd December 2021. The Petition has been admitted. Recently, the learned Full Bench of this Court has taken a view in the matter of Karmaveer Tulshiram Autade & ors Versus State Election Commission, Mumbai, 2021(2) Mh.L.J, 349 with regard to petitions, which are filed with regard to the rejection or acceptance of nomination papers, holding that such Writ Petitions are not maintainable. Similarly, the Aurangabad Tilak

2/2 5 WP 9223-21.doc Bench of this Court has taken a view in Writ Petition No.545/2015 in the matter of Shriram Mukundrao Korde Vs. State of Maharashtra & Ors, 2015(3) All.M.R. 53, decided on 5 th February 2015.

In view of the above and since the polling is scheduled on 8th January 2022 and the results would be declared thereafter, I do not find any reason for taking up this Petition, out of turn, for final hearing.
