This Civil Application is moved for brining on record the legal representatives of respondent No.1. There is a delay of 245 days. Learned Counsel for Respondent No.9 is present. The learned Counsel for the applicant / petitioner submits that there is an acknowledgement of advocate Dilip Bodake for the legal representatives of Santosh i.e., the children. She makes a statement that respondent No.9 for whom the learned counsel is appearing is the wife of Santosh, the deceased.
