This application has been filed by the applicant for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 1st September, 2015. 3.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that while preferring Bail Application before the Trial Court, the name of the applicant was inadvertently mentioned as `Sopan Shivram Ghadge' and the 1/3

same name was mentioned in Criminal Bail Application No. 1005 of 2015 preferred in the High Court. The applicant was released on bail vide order dated 1st September, 2015 in Bail Application No. 1005 of 2015. The cause title of the said order mentions the name of the applicant as `Sopan Shivram Ghadge', however, the name appearing in charge-sheet is `Sopan Shivram Gadge'. He submits that since the surname of the applicant as mentioned is incorrect, the applicant has not been released on bail, despite the order enlarging him on bail. Learned Counsel further submits that the applicant had moved an application before the Trial Court for seeking correction in the surname, however, the Trial Court, vide order dated 21st September, 2015, rejected the aforesaid application. Hence, the present application.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the C.R number mentioned in the Bail Application is correct and that the applicant is the only accused in the said C.R. He, therefore, prays that the surname of the applicant be corrected accordingly.

There is substance in the submission of the learned Counsel for the applicant. Hence, the name of the applicant be corrected to read as `Sopan Shivram Gadge' instead of `Sopan Shivram Ghadge'. 6.

The above correction be carried out in the original order dated 1st September, 2015 as well as in the order uploaded on the server. 7.

Rest of the order dated 1st September, 2015 to remain as it is. 8.

Application disposed of accordingly.
