The applicant has approached this Court for quashing of F.I.R. bearing C.R. No.I-258/2015 registered with Rabodi police station, Thane at the instance of respondent No.2 for offence punishable under sections 498(A), 406, 497 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant is alleged to be girl friend of the 1/2

25) apl1156-15 complainant's husband and it is, therefore, contended that no such offence could have been registered against the applicant.

Mr.Saste, learned APP on instructions from Mr.N.R. Mahadik, API, Rabodi police station, Thane, the investigating officer, makes a statement across the bar that no chargesheet will be filed against the applicant. 5.
