The above writ petition is fled by the petitioners seeking direction against the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Thane, to consider the representation of the Petitioners dated 6th August, 2016, and to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks.

We have heard the learned Advocates for the parties. The Respondent-Corporation shall treat the above Petition as a representation of the Petitioners, and the Additional Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Thane shall hear the parties on 27th November, 2019, at 12.00 noon, and pass necessary orders within two weeks thereafter. 1/2
