By the present misconceived Review Petition, the petitioner seeks review of Order dated 19th August, 2019, which reads as under :- "1.

Not on board. Taken on board.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, she has received written instructions from her client to withdraw the present petition unconditionally. A photo copy of the communication dated 03rd August 2019 is placed on record.

In view thereof, the petitioners are granted leave to withdraw the petition. The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn."

The said communication dated 3rd August, 2019 is part of record. As the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdrew the said petition unconditionally, the same was granted to her.

The Review Petitioner is the Original Respondent in the Writ Petition No.9245 of 2018. He did not appear on that particular day, when the Order dated 19th August, 2019 was passed. Be that as it may. The petitioner being dominus litus, has every right to withdraw the petition, unconditionally. No legal harm or prejudice is caused to the Respondent/Review Petitioner because of the withdrawal of petition.

As noted earlier, the present Review Petition is misconceived and is dismissed in limine.
