The Petitioner has challenged the communication dated 18.2.2014 issued by the Tahsildar Mulshi. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Tahsildar, Mulshi has no jurisdiction to direct recording of entry in the name of Harshal Prabhakar Velapure in the revenue record. He submitted that a revision is pending before the MRT. The order of Tahsildar can be challenged before the SDO. Without expressing any opinion on merits, reserving the right of the 1 / 2

WP. 12634-15 Petitioner to challenge the order of Tahsildar, writ petition is disposed of. In case Petitioner prefers revision / appeal, within four weeks from today the proceeding before the SDO shall not be dismissed on account of delay.
