After arguing the matter for some while and when this Court expressed its disinclination to grant bail, Ms. Pandey, learned counsel for the Applicant sought leave to withdraw the Application with liberty to file fresh application after the evidence of the victim is recorded. 2.

Leave with liberty is granted. Bail Application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
