The Petitioner has filed an application praying that the Respondent No.2 Authority remove the name of the Petitioner appearing in the Complaint bearing No. CC005000000023028, filed before Respondent No.2 against MahaRERA Project No.P52100015968 by one Mr. Vilas M. Avaghade against M/s. Landscape Realty, as well as consequential appeal and execution proceedings and also to remove the name of the Petitioner appearing under warrant tab at Page No.20 of MahaRERA Real Estate 2022 Agent Training Handbook. In our opinion, it will be appropriate that such application be decided by the MahaRERA authority as expeditiously as possible, and, in any event, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
