Heard Mr. Geete, learned Counsel for applicant. 2.

By this Application, applicant has sought extension of time to comply with the order dated 27.08.2014 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5741 of 2014. That Petition was instituted challenging the order dated 03.05.2014 passed by the learned Judge of the City Civil Court, Dindoshi Division, Mumbai. By that order, the learned trial Judge allowed the Chamber Summons No.485 of 2012 filed by the respondent No.5 herein for adding him as defendant. By order dated 27.08.2014, Petition was dismissed and time of ten days was extended for carrying out the amendment. Since no amendment is carried out, present application is taken out for extension of time stipulated in the order dated 27.08.2014. Mr. Geete assures that within two weeks from today, he will carry out the necessary amendment in the Suit and will not seek further extension of time.

In view thereof, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Time stipulated in the order dated 27.08.2014 is extended by a period of two weeks from today and no further extension shall be granted.
