Although there is no appearance on behalf of the Applicants, this Application can be disposed of on the basis of the statement made on behalf of the State.

The Applicants apprehending arrest in connection with investigation of Crime No.256/2019 of Police Station MIDC, Mumbai under Section 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of IPC, are seeking anticipatory bail. 3.
The record discloses that on 3 October 2019 this Court had granted interim protection to the Applicants subject to the condition Mamta Kale page 1 of 2
4-aba-2102-2019 that the Applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer and shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency. Subsequently, on 4 September 2021 a statement was recorded on behalf of the Applicants that the Applicants shall attend the Investigating Officer in order to enable the Investigating Officer to obtain the specimen signature.

Learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer who is present today, states that the Applicants had attended and have furnished their specimen signatures. It is also not disputed that the Applicants have co-operated with the Investigating Agency. 5.
In view of the said specific statement, I find that the Application can be disposed of in terms of the order dated 3 October 2019. In the result, the following order is passed.
ORDER
1.
The Application is allowed in terms of the order dated 3 October 2019.
2.
The Applicants shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency as and when required and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and witnesses.
