903-wp-11984-2023.doc P.C:- The learned Counsel for the parties agree that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition has been considered and decided in various other Writ Petitions. Reference is made to the order dated 1st Novemebr, 2023 passed in Writ Petition No. 11813 of 2023 (Shaikh Sumaiya Praveen Mohinuddin & Others v/s. State of Maharashtra, through its Chief Principal Secretary & Others) with other connected Writ Petitions.

Hence, for reasons recorded in the aforesaid order dated 1st November, 2023, the following order is passed:- (i) The Petitioners are entitled for an appropriate registration on the Pavitra Portal. We, accordingly, direct Respondent No.3Maharashtra State Council of Examinations, Pune to treat the applications of all these Petitioners regarding their self-certification made on the Pavitra Portal being received before expiry of the last date of submission of such applications;

(b) We further direct Respondent No.3 to deal with those applications in accordance with law.
