It is the case of the Petitioner that on basis of forged withdrawal letter, the Petitioner's nomination form was permitted to be withdraw. This is a disputed question of fact. That apart, the reasons set out in the order made today, i.e., 26 October 2015, in Writ Petition No.10632 of 2015 will also apply. 3] Accordingly, this petition is not entertained for want of alternate remedy. However, it is made clear that this Court has not examined the dispute on merits and therefore all contentions of all parties are left open for decision by the appropriate authority if and when any occasion arises for the same.
