This is an application for restoration of the Writ Petition (Stamp) No.28747 of 2016 which was dismissed for non compliance of Order dated 10th January 2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I). There is delay of 218 days in filing the present application. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, the applicant will remove the office objections within a period of three weeks from today. Perusal of the pleadings in the application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of the said delay and restoration of the petition.

In view thereof, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).
