Mr. Rajagopal, learned counsel representing the Election Commission of India, on instructions, states that the notices requisitioning the staff for election related work which are under challenge in these Petitions will be withdrawn. 2.

Accordingly nothing needs to be adjudicated any further in these Petitions.

As a result, the staff of the Charity Commissioner which is already requisitioned and has reported for election related work shall accordingly stand relieved. 4.

The present Petitions are thus disposed of in terms of
