This Civil Application seeks restoration of a Second Appeal, which is rejected for non-removal of office objections. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). The Applicant/Appellant shall remove all office objections within a period of two weeks, failing which the Second Appeal shall stand rejected under Rule 5 of Chapter V of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, without reference to this Court. The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. In case the office objections are removed, the office shall number the Second Appeal and place the same on board on 4 April 2017.
