By this Civil Application, the applicant/insurance Company seeks stay to the operation and execution of the impugned

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the insurance Company has already deposited an amount of Rs. 11,16,908/- alongwith interest accrued thereon.

In view of the above, the operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 08.02.2017 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Satara is stayed, pending the appeal.
