The applicant is accused in Special POCSO Case No. 135 of 2014. He was released on bail on 18th March, 2015. Due to his continuous absence, nonbailable warrant was executed on 3rd September, 2018. Applicant has filed Affidavit sworn on 7th

December, 2019. In para-4 he has given undertaking that he shall attend the trial Court on each and every date before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Thane. The Affidavit is taken on record and undertaking is accepted.

In view of the facts of the case and the Undertaking, the applicant is directed to be released on bail in C.R. No. I-31 of 2014 registered with Ganeshpuri Police Station on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand only) with one or more sureties in the like amount. 4.

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case.

Application is allowed and disposed off in aforesaid terms.
