Since it is not in dispute that the appointment of the Petitioner, initially as Shikshan Sevak, and later on as Assistant Teacher, both has received due approval from Respondent No.5, and since the issue involved in this petition has no connection whatsoever with the issue of making of irregular appointment, an Intervenor, like the present Applicant, would have no locus standi in such a dispute and, therefore, the application is rejected.
