The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Writ Petition No.6812 of 2004 which has been dismissed for non-prosecution on account of the non-appearance of the learned advocate on 27.09.2013. The reasons for the non-appearance of the learned advocate for the Petitioner are mentioned in the Civil Application. The above Civil Application has been filed on 24th October, 2013. None had appeared for the Respondent in the Writ Petition, though served at the time of its dismissal. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is restored to file. List the Petition for final hearing in the week commencing on 16th February, 2015.
