These petitions take exception to the orders passed by the Deputy Municipal Commissioner, Pune Municipal Corporation as also the orders of the Appellate Court, Pune. By these orders, the Authorities below have ordered eviction of the petitioners from the respective premises.

Mr. Shinde and Mr. Nighot state that out of five petitioners, four petitioners are present in the Court. They have tendered photo copy of Aadhaar Card of Ms.Rekha Sivdas Tawre (petitioner in WP No.10509/2014) and photo copy of Election Card of Mr.Manaji Ramabhau Gopale (petitioner in WP No.10741/2014), which are taken on record and marked 'A' and 'B' respectively. They submit that other petitioners did not bring identity cards today. 4.
After arguing the Petitions for quite some time and upon taking instructions from the petitioners, Mr. Shinde and Mr. Nighot seeks permission to withdraw these Petitions. On the motion made by Mr. Shinde and Mr. Nighot, the Petitions are allowed to be withdrawn and are dismissed as withdrawn. Order accordingly.
