The Review Petition is filed in respect of the order passed by this Court on 2nd December, 2014.

The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submitted that in paragraph 6 of the said order, it is mentioned that the plan was sanctioned by the respondent-Corporation on 24th August, 1994, however, the plan is prepared by MHADA Repair Board and the date is to be substituted as 24th August, 1999 in place of 24th August, 1994.

The learned senior counsel for the respondents are present. 4.

After hearing the learned senior counsel for both the parties, as mentioned that the plan is not sanctioned by the respondent-Corporation on 24th August, 1994, hence it is substituted as the plan prepared by MHADA Repair Board on 24th August, 1999.
