Ms.Desai learned counsel for the appellant submits that she has received instructions from her clients to delete the names of respondent nos.2,3 and 4 from the cause title of the appeal. The same is permitted. Amendment to be carried on or before 12.4.2019 failing which the Appeal from Order shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court.

Both the learned counsel submit that the matter is settled out of Court. They have tendered consent terms dated 19.3.2019 duly signed by the appellant as well as the respondent.
