The grievance of the petitioner is that in pursuance to the observations made by this Court on 25.9.2013 while deciding WP No. 6279 of 2013 in the matter of Kavita Milind Save Vs. Agashi Virar Arnala Education Society and Ors., the petitioner had submitted the representation to the Education Officer, Secondary, Thane on 25.11.2013 but till date the said representation has not been decided by the Education Officer. According to the petitioners, thereafter also various reminders have been sent to consider and decide the petitioner's representation in pursuance of

29-wp-1017.2015.sxw the directions contained in the order passed by this court in WP No. 6279 of 2013. However, as the representation has not been decided, the petitioner has filed this petition. 3.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the parties, we dispose of this petition by directing the Education Officer, Secondary, Thane to consider and decide the petitioner's representation Exh. E as expeditiously as possible but not latter than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Petitioner to appear before the Education Officer on 5.1.2017 at 1 pm.
