The learned AGP tendered across the bar a copy of the order dated 21st December 2015 passed under the authority of the Superintendent of Police, Raigad. There is obvious inadvertent error in the said order. Instead of referring to the dates 22nd and 23rd December 2015, the order refers to the dates 22nd and 23rd October 2015. 3.

Perused the prayer made in the writ petition as well as prayer made in the application dated 8th December 2015. The learned AGP, based on the order dated 21st December 2015, states that though a personal protection cannot be granted to the petitioner on the day on which the

skn 2/2 11911.15-wp petitioner wants to remain present in the office of the Village Panchayat, Shigre, Taluka Murud, District Raigad, the Police will remain present and ensure that law and order situation is not created. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner will remain present in the office of the Village Panchayat on Monday i.e. 15th February 2016 at 11.00 a.m. The learned AGP, on instructions from Shri V.S.Mane, PSI, Murud Police Station, states that the Police will remain present in the office of the Village Panchayat and will continue to remain there till the inspection of the documents is complete. We accept the said statement. In view of the statement made and in view of the order dated 21st December 2015, which is taken on record and marked A-1 for identification, no further directions are required to be issued in this petition and same is, accordingly, disposed of.
