This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent nos.2 and 3 vide order dated 17th July 2018. 2.

Learned APP submitted the report of Bhoiwada Police Station which indicate that on conducting investigation, no cognizable offence is made out. The dispute is of civil nature and hence report is submitted to the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 29th Court , Bhoiwada, Mumbai for granting `C' summary. The report is taken on record.

None appears for the applicant. Hence, the application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
