Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. Although the writ petition came to be filed seeking directions from the High Court to implement the order dated 12.5.2017 passed by the learned Minister for Husbandry, Milk and Fisheries, State of Maharashtra, to a query as to whether such prayer is maintainable and can a writ petition be filed essentially to execute the directions issued by the learned Minister in a quasi judicial proceeding, the learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that his limited is prayer for a direction to Respondent 1 / 2
10 - WP. 13586-18 No. 1 to consider and dispose of the representations made by the Petitioners dated 26.6.2018 (Exhibit D to the petition) and thereafter.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, we direct Respondent No. 1 that if the representations (Exhibit D to the petition) are pending for consideration, they may be considered and disposed of within a period of three months, and communicate the decision to the Petitioners thereafter. With this direction, writ petition is disposed of.
