The interim application is filed for restoration of first appeal dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 25th June, 2019 which require the appellant to file private paper book within one

(1) year from today.

For the reasons stated therein, the interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). 3.

The private paper book shall be filed within six (6) months from today.

In case the appellant fails to file private paper book within six (6) months from today, the order dated 25th June, 2019 dismissing appeal shall be revived.
