Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case Respondent No.1 - appellate authority is directed to decide the appeal filed by the Petitioner under section 39 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act by the end of February, 2022. 2.

In the light of submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the appellate authority i.e., Respondent No.1 (State of Maharashtra through Secretary,
