The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application.

The learned counsel for the applicant however submits that having regard to the relationship between applicant and the victim and the situation in the life of the parties, the trial in Special Case No.272 of 2023 arising out of C.R. No.239 of 2023 be expedited. 4.

It appears that the matrimonial proceedings are pending between the applicant and the mother of the victim, the first informant.
