Heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. This Application is filed with a prayer to modify the condition of attendance at Kongaon Police station, Bhiwandi. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for Applicants that Applicants have to attend the said police station once in a month and it is causing hardship to Applicants.

Upon perusal of averments in the Application, we are satisfied that instead of causing attendance once in a month it can be conveniently modified to once in three months. Accordingly Application is partly allowed. The Applicants shall attend concerned police station once in three months. We make it clear that, other conditions on which bail has been granted to the Applicants are maintained as it is except aforesaid modification. Accordingly, the Application stands disposed of.
