Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Counsel for the respondent.

By this application, the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the maintenance amount deposited by the respondent in the trial Court pursuant to an order dated 27th March, 2014 passed by this Court in Civil Writ Petition No. 3458 of 2014. Vide the said order, the respondent herein (petitioner in Civil Writ Petiiton No. 3458 of 2014) was directed to deposit 50% of the arrears of maintenance. The learned Counsel for the applicant SQ Pathan 1/2

caw.2710.14.doc states that the said amount has been deposited by the respondent pursuant to the said order and seeks permission to withdraw the same. 3.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw the maintenance amount so deposited in the trial Court.

Application is allowed and is accordingly disposed of. 5.

Writ Petition be listed on 12th June, 2015.
