DATED : 18th OCTOBER, 2022 P.C:- The applicant is released on bail by order dated 6/9/2022 and the cash bail was permitted to be furnished in lieu of sureties for a period of four weeks.

Application is moved for extension of time by further period of four weeks in order to furnish the sureties. Considering the exigency set out in the application, I deem it appropriate to grant extension of four weeks. Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a), by clarifying that within a period of four weeks, the sureties shall be furnished.
