On instruction the learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 - Corporation submits that in view of the fact that the Suit referred in the permission dated 28th November, 2013 (Exhibit 'CC') has been dismissed, the Respondent-Corporation shall consider and take appropriate decision for grant of permission for the built-up area which was kept pending in view of the said Court matter (Exhibit '5') referred to in clause 12 of the said permission letter and the conditions Nos. 10 and 11 of it. In view of the aforesaid statement, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Respondents-Corporation to pass necessary consequential order in view of the dismissal of the Suit as expeditiously as possible but not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
