The record indicates that the application was once dismissed on 28 th January, 2016. Thereafter vide order dated 12 th October, 2018 the application was restored. Despite restoration of the Civil Application, the applicant has not shown any intention of proceeding with the matter. Accordingly the Civil Application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
