Petitioner claims that she had approached to the Tahsildar, Vasai for issuance of caste certificate, as according to the petitioner she belongs to the OBC Category. The grievance of the petitioner is that though various attempts were made to submit the application before the Tahsildar Vasai, the said authority is not accepting the petitioner's application. Keeping in view the aforesaid, we dispose of the petition by directing respondent no.2 Tahsilar Vasai to accept the petitioner's

With the aforesaid directions, writ petition is disposed of.
