Perused the record. The petitioner's grievance is that inspite of several complaints police has neither looked into the offence nor registered the same. Learned APP submits that at page no.56 of the paper book, copy of a communication addressed to Jt. C.P. EOW has been annexed.
In the facts, we observe that in case petitioner is aggrieved, he may resort to appropriate alternate remedy as prescribed in Cr.P.C.
