Heard Mr.Pawar, learned Counsel for the applicants. Mr.Pawar submits that he has served copy of application on the other side. He has also given notice of todays production to the other side.

By this application applicants seek extension of time for depositing compensation in the Trial Court for the month of October 2016. Mr.Pawar submitted that compensation is to be deposited on or before 10th day of each calender month. He

In view of the reasons stated in paragraphs No.6 and 7 of the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and (B). This shall be without prejudice to rights and contention of the parties. Mr.Pawar assures that on or before 27/10/2016 the applicants will deposit the amount in the Trial Court, under intimation in writing to learned Counsel for the respondents.
