DATE: 6th April, 2016 P.C.:- The grievance of the Petitioner is that the application filed by him under section 135 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code has not been disposed of by Respondent No.1 - Collector of Solapur. This being the only grievance of the Petitioner, we direct Respondent No.1 to decide the Petitioner's application which is filed under section 135 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code expeditiously on merits and in accordance with law. Petition is accordingly disposed of.

We clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and Respondent No.1 - Collector is at liberty to take a decision on merits and in accordance with law. 3.
