This is an application for restoration of Interim Application No.2900 of 2021. The record shows that in the past it was dismissed and restored. But even after restoration, it was again dismissed for non-prosecution.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that she herself had met with an accident and therefore, because of genuine difficulty she could not attend the matter.

Considering this statement made by learned counsel for the applicant, this application for restoration is allowed. The delay in filing this Interim Application is also condoned. The restored Interim Application No.2900 of 2021 in Criminal Bail Application No.2285 of 2018 be placed on board dated 1st March, 2023. 4.

Learned APP to take instructions whether the applicant has complied with the condition of reporting to the police station diligently.
