For the reasons to be recorded separately, the appeal is partly allowed.

The conviction of the Appellants for the offences punishable under section 3,4 and 5 of the Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act and under section 368 of the Indian Penal Code is modified. 3.

The Appellants are convicted for an offence punishable under section 109 r/w. 368 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to the period which they have undergone and the sentence of fine is maintained.

The professional fees are quantified at Rs.5,000/- each to Mr. Kartik Garg and Mr. Sunil Singh.
