The grievance of the Petitioner is that though the proposal was submitted by the Petitioner to Collector Satara on 11 th October, 2010 Exhibit-E for sanction of development Plan the same has not been considered and decided by the Collector, Satara. According to the Petitioner the said proposal has been forwarded by the Collector, Satara to the

State Government and now the State Government ie Respondent No.1 has to take decision on it.

The learned AGP appearing for the Respondents submits that in case the Petitioner's proposal is pending the Respondent State shall take appropriate decision on it in accordance to law.

Keeping in view the said statement we dispose of this Petition by directing the Secretary of the Ministry of Revenue and Forest, Mantralaya, Mumbai / Competent Authority to take appropriate decision in accordance with law on the proposal dated 11 th October, 2010 Exhibit-E as expeditiously as possible, but not later than 4 months from the date of appearance of the Petitioner before the Secretary of the Ministry of Revenue and Forest, Mantralaya, Mumbai / Competent Authority.

The Petitioner to appear before the Secretary of the Ministry of Revenue and Forest, Mantralaya, Mumbai /

Competent Authority, on 15 th November, 2016 at 3 p.m.

The said authority shall give opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and pass reasoned order in accordance with law within the aforesaid period. With this direction the Petition is disposed of.
