After arguing for some time, when this court declined to entertain the Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he received instructions from his client to withdraw the Writ Petition unconditionally with direction to the Trial Court to decide the suit on its own merits. The Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. The Trial Court is directed to decide L.C.Suit No.1951/2018 on merits according to law.
