The grievance of the petitioner in his application dated 18.09.2017 is for seeking appropriate and immediate action against one of his relatives who committed certain offences against his daughter. The details of the relative mentioned in the application. 2.

Learned APP, on taking instructions, states that the concerned relative namely Paskal Masmar has already been charged with the offence and he is now released on temporary bail.

We have perused the application carefully. Save and except details of the incident, the details of crime number and the court in which Dnyaneshwar Ethape, PA

In the absence of such details, no specific order can be passed in the present Writ Petition. However petitioner is at liberty to furnish all such details, if any, for further orders to be passed. 5.

In view of the above directions, Writ Petition stands disposed of. 6.

In view of the disposal of the writ petition, Criminal Application No. 534 of 2017 will not survives for consideration hence, same stands disposed of.
