Mr. Bhangoji, learned Counsel for the Petitioner tenders a copy of the order dated 20th October, 2021 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 6888 of 2021 filed by Walmik Genba Pawar vs. State of Maharashtra & Ors.. He submits that the facts of that case are identical to the present Writ Petition and, therefore, identical order may be passed in this Writ Petition. Learned AGP does not dispute this position.

The Registry is directed to take immediate steps for transferring this matter to the High Court of Judicature at Bombay Bench at Aurangabad for hearing and final disposal and the Respondents are directed not to take any coercive steps against the Petitioner on the basis of the impugned order dated 12th October, by SHALIKRAM PRALHADRAO BOREY Date:
