This is an application for bail. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted that the applicant is aged about 58 years and hence trial be expedited. It is further submitted that in the event trial does not get over within stipulated time, the applicant be granted liberty to prefer a fresh application for bail. Learned APP submits that two witnesses are already examined by the prosecution and 7 to 8 more witnesses are proposed tobe examined. In the circumstances, it is expected that trial would

rpa 2/2 18-ba-2487-18.doc proceed with trial expeditiously. Trial Court shall endeavour to complete the trial within a period of six months from date of receipt of order. In the event, trial is not concluded within a period of six months, applicant is at liberty to prefer fresh application for bail. Bail Application is disposed of, as withdrawn, with aforesaid directions.
