By this petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of investigation of FIR No.802/2014 lodged by the petitioner with the Satara City Police Station, to any independent investigating agency / CID. Learned APP, on instructions, states, that nothing survives for consideration in this petition as on 13th December 2014, the Satara City Police Station, Satara, had filed a ' B Summary' Report in the said case, and as the same had been accepted by the learned Magistrate.
