1] The prisoner-petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Sessions Case arising out of C.R.No.105 of 2014. In letter dated 20th August 2018, he mentioned that he is in jail as his bail application is rejected.
2] Learned APP has produced before the Court a letter dated 12th December 2019, which is taken on record as Exhibit-A. As per this letter, from Crime No. 105 of 2014, the prisoner has been acquitted on 26th November 2019. Other Crime No. 120 of 2014, at same police station, was pending till 19th September 2014 only. The last matter to which letter dated 20th August 2018 makes reference to Crime No. 06 of 2014 is for the ofence under Section 302 of IPC and Exhibit-A Dinesh Sherla 1/2
4-cri-wp-4258-18.doc mentions that he is on bail in the said matter since 19th January 2015.
