DATED : 19th OCTOBER, 2022 P.C:- Considering the nature of accusations faced by the applicant u/s.135 and Section 138 of the Electricity Act, the learned APP, on instructions of the Investigating Officer Shri B.D.Chavan who is present in the Court, make a specific statement that he do not want to interrogate him by taking him into custody and it would be sufficient if he attend to him for the purpose of investigation. Hence, the following order :-
O R D E R
(a) In the event of his arrest, the Applicant - Jayesh Chandrakant Kadav in connection of Tilak
2/2 909 ABA 2954-22.doc C.R.No.1635/2022 registered with Saki Naka police station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.
(b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.
(c) The Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer on 27th and 28th October 2022 between 3.00 pm to 5.00 p.m., and thereafter as and when called.
