Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This petition is under Section 11 of Arbitration and Reconciliation Act 1996 for appointment of Arbitrator to resolve the dispute as per clause in Deed of Partnership dated 26.07.2004. The Petitioner issued letter dated 30.06.2014 called upon the Respondent to appoint the Arbitrator as per Partnership Deed. As they failed to do so, the petitioner filed the present petition.

After hearing both the sides, by consent Shri. A. L. Alspurkar, retired District and Sessions Judge having his office at 1/31, Dhanishta, Tarangan Complex, Behind Cadbury Factory, Pokhran Road No.1, Thane (W)- 400 065, is appointed as Sneha Chavan 1/2

The Registry is directed to inform the Arbitrator about his appointment in the present proceeding.

Arbitration Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
